CALL OF DUTY

The franchise began for a personal computer and was later expanding into sixth and seventh generation videoconsolas, both desktop and notebook computers, thus leading to several games derived gradually with the main series. The series initially set in World War II, relating characters and combats that occurred during this warlike conflict. This was changing to the present, where the arguments happen in contemporary and fictional environments, as can be seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops, in the Cold War, as seen in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 in WWII, and in future technology in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. The DLCs are released before on Xbox consoles from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare,
